Working closely with the founder, I helped translate the vision for the business into a functional ecommerce experience. Approach
I redesigned the website and worked with the team to refine the brand positioning and messaging strategy. Rather than emphasizing the customer experience of creating content, we shifted the focus toward the benefits businesses would receive through authentic user-generated content, increased trust, and stronger customer engagement.
Outcome
The updated positioning gave Voquee a clearer value proposition and improved how the platform was presented to prospective clients. As a result, the business gained stronger traction with B2B audiences and developed a more confident, consistent approach to communicating its value online and during sales conversations.

I rebuilt the website from the ground up, creating a more modern and user-friendly experience that better reflected the company's products and expertise. Alongside the website redesign, I implemented a Klaviyo email marketing system, established a CRM platform using Pipedrive, and developed a more structured approach to customer communications across multiple channels.
